Planning considerations
Tell us the number and size of your pets, their habits and which areas get heavy use. Keep a hose accessible and plan shaded resting areas. Turf can become hot in direct sun, so test the surface and keep pets off it when it is uncomfortable.
Material choices
All of our turf is made in the U.S.A. We discuss backing drainage, fiber feel and infill suited to pet use. Odor control infill can support care, but no material replaces cleaning or guarantees an odor free yard.
Preparation before the finish
Base preparation and a clear drainage route are especially important where pets repeatedly use the same spot. We review slopes, existing drainage and the proposed edge details. Any drainage improvements should be identified in the quote.
Care and upkeep
Pick up solid waste promptly, rinse frequently used areas and use a cleaner approved for the turf when needed. Cleaning frequency depends on pet use and weather. Brush worn areas and check seams and edges periodically.
What affects the cost
Turf, infill, area, demolition, base preparation, drainage changes and access determine price. A narrow side yard with difficult access may need different labor and hauling than an open backyard.
